The men’s basketball program at South Arkansas College will host a Prospect Camp for prospective athletes on Saturday, March 28, from 1:00–4:00 p.m. on the SouthArk campus in El Dorado.

The camp is designed for high school players in the graduating classes of 2025, 2026, and 2027 who are interested in playing basketball at the collegiate level. Participants will take part in competitive drills, skill development sessions, and live evaluations conducted by the SouthArk coaching staff.

The event will give prospective student-athletes an opportunity to showcase their abilities while also learning more about the expectations and culture of the SouthArk men’s basketball program.

“Prospect camps are a great opportunity for players to compete, develop their skills, and experience our campus and program firsthand,” said the SouthArk coaching staff. “We’re excited to work with talented athletes from across the region who are interested in taking their game to the next level.”

Camp activities will include:

  • Skill development and position-specific drills

  • Competitive game situations

  • Evaluation from college coaches

  • A guided tour of campus

  • Camp giveaways

The registration fee is $40, and participants are asked to bring a water source. All campers must sign a waiver and provide proof of valid insurance in order to participate.

The camp will take place at South Arkansas College, located at 300 S. West Avenue in El Dorado.
